Golf Sunset Hills Golf Course is an oasis on the Panhandle Plains. With a USGA Course Rating of 69.0, the 18 hole irrigated course has a slope of 117. The 5,977 yard course has a par of 71. It is open year round with no tee time required. College and Junior Golf Memberships are available. Cart rental is $8.00 per 9 holes, and a snack bar and pro shop are on the grounds. No Man's Land Historical MuseumSince its establishment in 1934 by
surviving pre-territorial pioneers from all parts of the Oklahoma Panhandle, the No Man's Land Museum has served as a comprehensive museum of the Oklahoma Panhandle and adjacent regions. |
Game ReserveThe City of Guymon has a Wildlife Game Reserve that is home to elk, longhorn cattle, buffalo, lama, aoudad sheep, Watsui cattle, oryx and water buck. The reserve sits on approximately 300 acres and is located north of the dam at Thompson Park. |
RodeosOklahoma Panhandle State University Deke Latham Memorial
